We're back on the snow watch.That's right, Winter doesn't officially arrive until next week (Dec. 21 to be exact) but we are in line for our second accumulating snow of the season this afternoon.Once again, there is no need to panic. This is not going to be a paralyzing snow. But it will come at a bad time, arriving in mid-afternoon just in time to make roads sloppy and turn the always hectic Friday night rush hour into a mess.
